        Seller told me to cancel my return request and file another return request saying, "I just didn't like the item." I did that, but now I don't know how to file another return request. Guessing this would look better on the seller instead of advising the item was missing necessary parts.I do NOT want to communicate with this seller again. I want my money back.

        This item was not missing any parts at all. The buyer didn't look at all the photos and thought the bracket was supposed to come with the item but nowhere in any of the pics or title or description did it state the bracket came with it. I politely advised them to submit a request for the correct reason and I'll gladly refund them.
