When I contacted them they said they were out of town, but the listing didn't say that. When the item showed up 10 days after I ordered it, it fell apart in my hand as soon as I unwrapped it. So I contacted seller about a partial refund to cover repairs or a return. I got a canned response saying they look forward to processing my return but all return costs are on me. Seller is a thrift store flipping scammer. Buyer beware.
