    I ordered the product that was pictured- Yonka Solar Care Lait Auto-Bronzant., and they sent me something completely different and said that what I ordered was discontinued. I reached out to them and requested a refund, TWICE, and have not had a response other than "What's your problem." I also reached out to Yonka the company and found out that the product was not in fact NOT discontinued. This company is dishonest and I would never order from them again.

    The product I bought never arrived, and the seller was completely unhelpful. When I reached out, they just copied and pasted the same tracking information showing the package last seen in Indianapolis on September 23rd — no real answers, no effort to resolve the issue. It was supposed to arrive by October 9th, and now it’s nowhere to be found. This has been a terrible experience. I’m extremely disappointed and will never purchase from eBay again

    Six weeks ago I paid $105AU for this item and it has not been delivered. The due by date has long passed and the seller has not responded to any of my messages. The tracking number provided does not work. I have lodged a formal complaint with the State Government agency Department of Fair Trading. Ebay has contacted the seller and promised me a refund after 12 November due to their refund policy on undelivered goods. Lets hope ebay stick to their word.
