I used my wife's hairdryer and a glass to keep them in place. Heat is necessary to loosen the old adhesive to pull them apart is to be able to get to the tiny screw that secures the ear wing. Made sure to remove old adhesive per video. Then, I used a toothpick to apply Permatex RTV silicone adhesive after screwing the new wing on. Patience and care paid off.
