When I contacted the seller, they said they didn't have a smoker household and didn't know why they smelled. They gave me a complete refund as there's no way to know if the smell will come out and due to the expense of buying products to try to remove the outdoor. Highly recommend this seller! 😊

    The beer stein is in excellent condition. It looks like new, as described. The stein was wrapped heavily in bubble wrap with plenty of padding. It was all packed in a strong box. The shipping was very fast. Communication was great, the seller kept me up to date on the status of my package. this stein is very beautiful. the colors are very vivid, and the writing is clear. It is made of heavy pottery. It is a wonderful piece and will be a great find for my collection.
