    Very disappointed seller created a label but never actually posted the item. Ignored my messages for days, then refunded only after I opened a case. Wasted a whole week for nothing, and now the listing’s relisted at a higher price. Feels dishonest. Personally would avoid. Tried to tell me Royal mail had the parcel ages ago yet when I called the Stirling branch they confirmed item never recieved and still with seller!!!

    Complete scammer. Paid my £130 for the phone and got as far as a tracking number issued. Royal Mail never got the package. And then it appears the seller is away until the 8th of November which wasn't there when I purchased. Contacted eBay about this issue and managed to get a full refund. So I've ordered another phone off a different seller and hopefully after over 3 weeks I'll be happy. Avoid this seller like the plague!!

    Ordered it 20th October. Checked back the following day and it said it was dispatched. Checked on Royal mail, who said they were expecting it. A day later Royal Mail still expecting it . I emailed them to ask where it was . I had no response. On the 23rd Royal Mail were still expecting it, so I asked where it was, bear with me was the reply. On the 24th I requested a refund, again no reply. So on 26th I have opened a claim with PayPal to reclaim the money . Avoid them and eBay, who did nothing
