Even if you say that you are not risponsible about the delivery, you charge us 19.95 GBP . You choosed the delivery company, that s mean that you are also part of the issue. We had to go picking the parcel in a shop, just because of your choice. Even if the battery is ok and conform, that is great... I am not satisfy about the delivery.

Apologies that we do not understand the internal workings of every delivery company in Europe and their individual drivers. I do disagree that your feedback has been based on your personal delivery experience and that you had to go to a shop to collect it. Feedback should be based on the genuine quality of the product and the rapid dispatch we perform every time. The delivery company's action in your town on the day is totally beyond our control and should not be a factor in your feedback.
