    I asked the seller for updates on shipping information and received no response. The package was deemed undeliverable (not the seller's fault) and returned to seller. Again, I contacted the seller and have heard nothing in reply.

    The package was sent on time to the address provided. On a request for an update, we sent the customer the tracking information. The US Postal Service eventually returned it to us, noting there was no mail box for delivery. Customer acknowledged the shipping issue was on their end. We offered to send it to a different address, but never heard back from either of our emails. Customer was given a full refund.
