The typewriters have very delicate and usually very old mechanisms, so we are not responsible for improper or rough operating, remember to treat them with respect and if you are not familiar with them, please read the manual or ask us first.

***Damaged Items in shipping***
 
1) If the product arrives damaged, you must photograph the item and the damaged packaging, directly inform the courier (at the door) or agency and contact us within first 48 hours after delivery maximum! (or we agreed otherwise) - That's the only way to put a claim to the shipping agency!
But as all the items are carefully wrapped in bubble plastic and securely packed in recycled cardboard boxes, we are not accountable for any damages that occur after the typewriter has been shipped. We can only help you to cut the losses with the agency.
 
***Delay or not delivery***
 
1) Should your package not arrive regardless of all the care taken, we will put a claim, which may take from 1 to 21 days, so your patience will be required. But if after this period they still can't locate it, we will send you a new or a different one, if you accept it and the price is similar. If you are not satisfied we will refund it via PayPal in 14days.
 
2) In case of returns, send us back the item within 14 days after delivery (important! mark as a refund in shipping form). When we receive the package, we will send you the money back via Pay Pal.
 
3) In case of returns, buyer is responsible for all the shipping charges (both ways), even if the shipping was included in the price due to the special offer.
