I was asked to re-order this so that I could send the one they repaired back that wasn’t working. I was told it would be refunded once they received it. They told me that there wasn’t anything wrong with it and sent it back to me but it still doesn’t work, my boiler does work if I use an old one that works occasionally when it feels like it, I don’t know anything about these boards so you would take their word for it, but it doesn’t fire up the boiler at all and my old one does sometimes.

Unfortunately DHL lost my package this took weeks to come. then the fix only lasted a month so I sent it back, in the meantime, I put my spare circuit board back in which only works when it feels like it. So occasionally we have hot water and heating. They contacted me and said there wasn’t anything wrong with it and sent it back I plugged it in and it doesn’t work at all i’ve reinstalled my older one, and I have occasional heating. Freezing cold and not happy this company.
