Returns (Right of Resolution)
1.1. The User, in case of being a consumer, may exercise the right of withdrawal within thirty (30) days from the day on which the consumer acquires the physical possession of the property.
 
To exercise this right, and must indicate all your identification data, the subscribed service that you want to resolve and the date of subscription. The communication must be made, by e-mail or ebay message, through the return of the acquired good, or by another suitable means and susceptible of proof within the term defined above.
