Payment

Auction Format: An invoice will be sent to you within 36 hours of the close of the auction. If you wish to bid for additional items please let me know so that I can combine the postage and packing costs and send you one final invoice.

Payment by Paypal is required within 7 days. If payment is not received, I will send you a reminder after 6 days. If payment is not received after 7 days I will open an "Unpaid Item Dispute" with eBay in order to recover my selling costs.

Lovely brooch. Unfortunately it was damaged in post (don’t know how as it was a sturdy brooch, and really well wrapped); however, I received a really quick response from seller and no quibble about refund as the colour that I wanted was no longer available. Really good service and would not hesitate to use again.
