- Problèmes de Livraison :

L’acheteur est tenu de vérifier, en présence du préposé de LA POSTE, l’état de l’emballage de la marchandise et son contenu à la livraison.

Dans l’hypothèse où l’acheteur aurait un quelconque doute de quelque nature que ce soit sur l’état ou le contenu de son colis, il est tenu :

- d’appliquer la procédure :

Signaler les dommages dus, toutes réclamations et réserves, et de refuser la marchandise en émettant immédiatement un constat d’anomalie auprès du préposé de LA POSTE.

- de signaler ces incidents à la société AXESS COM par l'intermédiaire de son Service Client en ligne : par messagerie électronique eBay exclusivement, dans les deux jours ouvrés suivant, et ce en exposant les dites réclamations ou réserves.

- Problèmes de Qualité ou de conformité :

En cas de livraison d’un produit ne correspondant pas à la commande (défectueux ou non conforme), l’acheteur doit formuler sa réclamation dans deux jours ouvrés suivant la signature du bordereau de distribution.

Les réclamations doivent être adressées par l'intermédiaire de son Service Clients en ligne : par messagerie électronique eBay exclusivement, et doivent comporter :

- Les coordonnées et pseudo de l’Acheteur

- Le numéro de l'objet commandé

- Les motifs de la réclamation
