Excellent seller, good communication, prompt shipping, exactly as described, works very well. One thing to be aware of is that there are two different sizes of grips. I did not notice that nor did I know that I needed only the large size so I ordered another set. I have a 2002 BMW R1150RS with heated grips. The BMW heated grips require the same size on both left and right unlike motorcycles that do not have heated grips which require different size grips on the left and right side.
