Antes de iniciar cualquier proceso de devolución deberá ponerse en contacto con nosotros previamente para autorizar la devolución y recibir las instrucciones. No aceptaremos material sin autorización previa.

Para artículos sin usar y en su estado y envase original, es decir sin marcas de uso ni haber intentado su instalación por procesos de soldadura, etc...el comprador puede devolver el artículo sin dar más explicaciones. Los gastos de envío iniciales (fuesen gratüitos o no) y los gastos de envío de la devolución serán por cuenta de comprador así como la comisión irrecuperable de PayPal de 0,35€ por operación. Se abonará el resto del importe una vez que el comprador acepte la anulación de la transacción.

En articulos defectuosos o por un error del vendedor hay que ponerse en contacto inmediatamente en los 7 días posteriores y seguir el procedimiento de devolución para evitar los gastos para el comprador. Tan pronto recibamos el artículo, se comprobará el estado y defectos si los hubiere y se enviará un artículo igual sin coste o se hará un abono si no tenemos stock.

Si se detecta que el comprador ha manipulado el artículo, hay errores de uso o aplicación incorrecta, daños por sobretensiones, alimentación equivocada, desperfectos ocasionados por proteger indebidamente el artículo al devolverlo, etc. la garantía quedará automáticamente anulada y no habrá derecho a ningúna reclamación. Si desea recuperar el artículo manipulado o porque sencillamente no tenía ningun fallo, deberá volver a pagar los gastos de envio. Se notificará al comprador inmediatamente.

No se admiten devoluciones en los siguientes artículos:

- Semiconductores en general, por no poder asegurar la calidad de la manipulación por parte del usuario.

- Material usado o de ocasión. Todo ese material es testeado antes del envío y no podemos responsabilizarnos de la calidad del montaje posterior del artículo por parte del usuario.

Before beginning any return process you should always contact us in advance.

For unused and in its original condition and packaging, the buyer can return the item without further explanation. The initial shipping costs (whether free or not) and the return shipping costs will be on buyer's account as well as the irrecoverable PayPal commission of € 0.35 per transaction. The remainder of the amount will be paid except for the Ebay commission of the sale which will be paid to the buyer through PayPal on a second payment once the buyer accepts the cancellation of the transaction.

- Used material. All this material is tested before shipment and we can not be responsible for the quality of the subsequent assembly of the article by the user.
