IT DOES HAVE SOME SCRATCHES AND SCRAPES, IT IS A HEAVY DIECAST MATERIAL. i AM ALSO SURE THE LOCO WILL NEED A GOOD LUBE. I HAVE NO WAY TO TEST THESE TWO ITEMS SO BOTH ARE BEING SOLD AS IS CONDITION. THE TENDER COUPLER ON THE REAR DOES NOT MOVE UP AND DOWN SEEMS TO BE STUCK. I TOOK A CLOSE UP PIC TO SHOW IT. THE TWO WIRES FROM THE TENDER SEEM TO BE CRACKED AND MIGHT HAVE TO BE REPLACED.”
