Hi There, I appreciate your not happy and we always endeavour to provide an excellent service but unfortunately as discussed via messages. We never spoke to prior to ordering that you would like it customised with a photo, so when I saw the order it looks like you wanted a fishing design that you paid for. Had you discussed this with myself, I would have let you know to leave a message in the note to seller box during check out in regards to your requirements as this would have avoided this.
