    There was a mix up, I got the wrong manual. It couldn’t make it in time BUT These folks broke their necks attempting to rectify the situation WHILE THEY WERE ON VACATION WITH THEIR GRANDCHILDREN! If that ain’t customer service idk what is. Communicated their apologies and refunded the price as soon as possible. Mistakes happen, and if they do again, you can sit well with the knowledge they will do everything in their power to make it right. They won a customer based on principle alone.
