Arrived with a a few marks on. Was told to send it back and that it would come off if i wiped it (like i hadnt tried that already) I didnt feel i should have to pay and said this to seller but didnt get a response after that. Its a shame as the product is lovely and ive brought one before this but the seller didnt seem overly bothered in rectifying the issue. I kept it as it was a birthday present and just explained the marks. Not happy but shouldn't have to pay out of my own pocket to send back
