The link to contact you direct isn’t working. The poles won’t screw properly onto the thread fixed in the prism. I can either remove the thread bar or re-tap the poles. Iknow the thread will be 1/4 UNC but need to know the pitch, or how to dissolve the glue holding the thread in the prism top.
