Item was not registered as shipped from the seller, had to ask about the sale after paid status never changed to -shipped- this was initiated by me and over a week later. Ended up getting a refund due to them finding my ceiling fan was damaged, said they would be refunding due to this issue. Do wish I was offered a similar stock item that could have been shipped as a replacement because there was the same fan in stock. Otherwise I do apriciate the fact that I was not shipped a broken fan.
