Quello che scrive non e' la realtà in quanto le ho inviato un messaggio esponendo la mia impossibilita' nello spedire quanto acquistato essendo in ospedale con problemi seri e mio nonostante le ho inviato un messaggi e subito dopo il RIMBORSO lei al mio posto avrebbe avuto la stesso pensiero?
