We shipped to the same address buyer provided. Picture of the label has been sent to the buyer. This is a false claim and we have always maintained 100% positive feedback. Item was shipped on time via 2 days and if the shipping carrier has a delay that is out of our control. Buyer never messaged us before and was quick to leave a negative feedback. Very unprofessional
