Delicate item was poorly packed and arrived damaged. When seller was contacted they wanted item returned for a refund, when asked if refund would also include cost of return postage they said yes “full refund”. They refunded cost of item only and not return postage, which they requested, despite repeated requests to do so. So I am am out of pocket for return postage. Do not believe everything they say, I will not be dealing with this seller again
