I ordered a purse almost a month ago and still haven't received it. It took forever for the seller to respond to me and when they finally did they said my purse "fell under the car seat and they didn't see it" and would send it that day. They still didn't send it after that or communicate with me about what's going on. Never had this much trouble with an item I bought before this.
