Watch was advertised as New With Tags + Braun manufacturer warranty. Watch received was used, scratched, already running, had skin/sweat residue on the band and did not have a warranty card. After contacting the seller, they offered a partial refund to resolve the discrepancy, hence the neutral rating. However, the long and short of it was that the watch was sold under the false pretence of being brand new, it was in fact, a used item dressed up to try to look new.
