Disappointing. Sent me wrong item and did not acknowledge this or offer to make it right. Was offered a measly £1 refund so I now have to have the hassle of going to the post office to return the item for a full refund. I understand everyone makes mistakes so I would have been happy with a more generous refund to keep the wrong item but since reading reviews it seems this is a common occurrence with this seller.
