    Seller never shipped the book - at all - avoid this seller! I started off by reaching out to the seller and asked when it was shipping - no response. I then reached out to Ebay - still wanting the book - Ebay, after 3 days, refunded me the money. Not sure what is up with this seller - but I would recommend avoiding. Zero communication.
