Extremely pleased with the care and protection in which this item was shipped ... multi layers of bubble wrap and plenty of tape to make sure the box didn't come undone in the shipping. Am currently reading the manual and will be getting a second machine to hold my large collection of DVDs. Very fairly priced. Found another sold with remote was overpriced. Got the square trade insurance to cover all other.
