it is very lovely when people with 3 points of feedback are allowed to give a straight negative one as their item got lost in post , we did refund a purchase as this is the only solution in this case , thank you very much ebay and your policies , that is one of the reasons why ebay goes down and down every month and it is far better for bussiness to sell on different channels as ebay is unfair to their long lasting sellers
