We agreed on a small refund; however, he insisted on a different type of return process and asked me to initiate it. As a buyer, I know I shouldn’t be responsible for that. Issuing a refund is the seller’s responsibility, not the buyer’s.He continue to whine about losing money. This was all about $25. He didn't want a happy buyer. He was difficult to deal with, and I would not purchase from this seller again.
