Honestly, I've not found any speaker that costs around $200 adjusted for inflation in 2016 that matches the Brookstone Big Blue speaker. I was glad to find a high capacity battery replacement to replace the OEM 48.84 Watt-Hours battery. I had to swap the polarity on this new one and replacement was a direct replacement plug and play. I fired it up and I'm smiling like a king now and it works flawlessly.
