Top finial of weathervane was significantly bent (see pic). When I contacted the seller, he replied they were ALL bent and that I needed to decide if I liked it enough to keep it. If I was dissatisfied to the point I wanted to return it, I could ship it back but I'd have to pay return shipping & the initial shipping wasn't refundable. It would cost me $38 in total for shipping.
If all of them are bent, then he should picture the item bent in his ebay post so buyers know what they're getting.

First of all it is fully returnable AND REFUNDABLE as stated to you and for anyone to see on the listing.Once it is returned sellers are given the option to refund the shipping which i would gladly do.I'm 65 and don"t need to take your money if your not satisfied. I've been in business 43 years for a reason.Its called customer satisfaction.I never stated that you would have to pay the shipping either way.That is a misstatement by you.What i did tell you is i would not send a replacement

The design / construction is terrific. This is a beautiful addition to my home, positioned on my new backyard shed for visibility within the house.
