Despite offering a customisation on this product for free, despatching straight away and communicating immediately the customer felt that as they were out when Royal Mail attempted delivery that it was their right to rudely communicate with our staff who tried to help locate their parcel at the local Delivery Office to arrange collection. They have left our ONLY negative review.
