Overall, I am very pleased with the Dell Precision 3650. The keyboard and the mouse were a disappointment, wondering why they even bothered putting them in the box. Total junk, just why? I was not impressed with the shipping FedEx, a week and a half for delivery? The seller was very responsive and the box and packing were outstanding.

I tried to cancel right after ordering and was told it was not possible. I decided to accept the order only to find out that the seller did not know what size it was and my atx motherboard did not fit. I was told I could return it at my expense. This seller is not at all in touch with the consumer.
