Item never arrived. I waited for a while. Touched base with eBay. I was asked to wait little longer. I notified seller which I had good communication with. I believe seller realized something happened in shipment and refunded me after I let it be known what eBay asked of me. I was refunded full amount. The tights look so nice and warm in the picture. I wish I knew what happened to them.
