Auction Sales Policy:
Contract to supply comes into effect when an item is marked as dispatched
If item is out of stock then I will tell you how long you can expect to wait. If this is unacceptable then we will cancel the sale. If you have paid you will be refunded
If you change your mind or can't afford the item please tell me and I will mutually agree to cancel - there will be no unpaid mark against you but you must tell me or the unpaid item process will be started.
If I can't contact you within 3 days of your purchase the end of the auction or if payment is not received within 7 days I may relist the product and will reclaim associated fees.
If you have a problem please let me know in advance and we can work things out. As you can see from my feedback I'm friendly and approachable and always understanding (I once waited 6 weeks for a payment as the buyer kept me informed of a change in circumstances. It was fine, just let me know!

Shipping exclusions -
For some lower cost items UK delivery by 2nd class standard post and International by Airmail Small Packets is offered but these options are NOT insured or tracked. If you choose this option you accept that there is a risk and that if it does not arrive it is NOT COVERED and CANNOT be sent again or refunded. If you have any doubts over your local delivery service please select Royal Mail International Signed For or a UK recorded option instead.
