The "item was delivered" only means it was delivered to the pick-up location since 11/06. I waited for 3 days to be contacted for collection. This never happened. It was in perpetual "item is being processed" phase. The seller did not repond to my inquiry. I got tired of waiting and went to the pick-up location. My item was waiting to be collected but not yet formally registered for collection on the system. However, the receptionist was kind enough to hand me the package with proof of ID.
