Item was not refurbished into new condition as advertised. The phone was very worn and was missing the SIMM card so couldn't even play games. Returned the item and took months from purchase date to get my money back. Buy at your own risk; price is right, but quality is far off what is promised. If you don't like it, you have to send it back, and it takes a while before it is received and refunded.
