The item was as expected but the shipping costs were inflated especially since the shipping took too long. This item weighs less than 3 ounces. It was not boxed or packaged to prevent damage. And it took 10 days for me to receive it. This is unacceptable.

USPS minimum shipping is $5.00, you were charged $5.15. how do you consider that "inflated"?...would you like a refund of the fifteen cents that you feel you've been cheated of? The shipping took less time that the estimated delivery time that you were provided with by ebay (both before and after purchase). I get that some folks automatically expect two days, but I have a policy of seven working days plus ship time that is provided. there is nothing "unacceptable" about this transaction,
