As I am a forgiving individual, I have opted to leave a neutral feedback (when most would have certainly left a negative). This item was not only incorrectly graded, but was unplayable due to it’s condition. Those that care to receive a product that is properly described should be wary, however, if you wish to be insulted/degraded/called a liar in the message portion of the refund, then you have come to the right seller. Shameful and disrespectful transaction.

Shameful and disrespectful can also be said for you. I have no idea what your problem is but I only stated that you must have needed the money. The record was as described, your first photo to return the item, didn't even include a picture of the record? I have never mailed a wrapped LP to anyone in 20 years of selling. Upon the return of the record it played perfect. The other two photos you send are questionable.

This unsurprisingly defensive and untruthful reply is merely necessary damage control on the part of the seller. But, as the old adage goes “When you are getting flak, you must be over the target”. Buyer beware, this is the type of individual that you are spending your hard-earned money with, do they truly deserve it? One must ask themselves how many others have taken the high road when faced with an issue with this seller and not left any feedback rather than to warn others (I almost did).
