    The item was shipped later than indicated by seller -- and was the wrong item. It was poorly packaged and I'm surprised it survived the journey. I immediately communicated to the seller that I'd received the wrong item and she chose not to respond. I returned the item, wrapping it in layers of bubble wrap and nested boxes. The seller waited until three hours after the deadline to issue the refund with absolutely no communication. Poorly done I say.
