Sizing is pretty standard on these they are meant to fit snugly. It’s personal choice if you want to go bigger for growing room as it’s not really recommended for tap shoes. You will need to pay postage as it is a brand new order eBay do not have a system for exchanges and even if they did postage would need paying as it is not something that is free.
