fast postage but no back cover when I asked for a cover for the back ove the switch I was told I didn't need one yet the other switch I bought had a back on it ..

Sorry but we do not show a cover in the photo and we do not say one is included. Only our mains 230v sockets come with a cover to protect from electric shock like we told you when you complained it wasn't included. The change of postage from large letter to parcel if we included it plus the cost of the item would add several pounds to the price when it is not required.
