Firstly, the item was very poorly packaged (refer to photos 1 and 2). To add to my disappointment, the seller sent the wrong item. Instead of a Garden Spray Lance I received a Gutter Cleaner (refer to photos 3, 4 and 5). The item was returned but the seller failed to send a replacement so a refund was requested. This wasn't forthcoming so I was left with little option but to open a case. eBay resolved the matter by initiating a full refund.
