This cane has arrived broken in two pieces.

A full and total refund was issued to buyer the very same day the item was reported broken, along with a profuse apology. We are experienced in shipping delicate items, and had worked for a good hour in making sure the cane was securely packaged, including double boxing it. We were shocked that it arrived broken. It was a one of a kind item, and so cannot be replaced. An immediate full refund was issued, which was all we could do.. Disappointed in feedback received.
