Item purchased was the wrong size. Contacted Seller and he asked me to send it back and he would give me a refund. He asked me to send to an address but the address was different to the QR code from Royal Mail. Now Seller, has said since he no longer lives at the QR code then he can no longer receive item sent there , so Seller changed his mine and now won't offer a refund.
