I can pretty sure say the battery is counterfeit. But it works! Tested everything except worst case scenario under maximum CPU + GPU load. Real capacity is 77WH instead of advertised 86WH. Controller returns proper capacity, wear level and proper serial number. Manufactured 2021-Aug. While it is not genuine original, it is probably best that can be purchased for older Alienware right now. Other Chinese made batteries simply turn off when CPU load increases, this one seems to deliver.
