INCORRECT! I get bad feedback, yet every envelope sent has "DO NOT BEND" printed in large red letters, that the feedback giver did not see on the envelope. Take a photo of the envelope and send it, you will see. Now he is going to get a replacement for the damaged one. Thanks.
