Я заказывала у вас эту картину но она мне так и не пришла, хотя должна была приблизительно быть доставлена еще в апреле если не ошибаюсь то числа 27, а сейчас май. Как я могу получить свой заказ. Я его заказала на подарок.

Добрый день. Мне очень жаль, что Вы не смогли получить заказ.
Я отследила посылку по треку, 29 апреля не смогли Вам ее передать так как получателя не было на месте и передали в пунк самовывоза. Там посылка пролежала 3 недели и 19 мая отправлена назад в Украину.
Я хотела вернуть Вам средаства за заказ, но к сожалению, мне система не дает это сделать. Отправьте, пожалуйста, мне запрос на возврат на этот заказ и у меня появится функция возврата. Спасибо.
